2026 is right around the corner and we are planning for another fun year of exploring the beauty in the PNW! We expect to open up registration for 2026 shortly after the New Year. Check back on the web site for official updates. A few significant changes for 2026 are included below:
- Grand Finisher can be reached by visiting ANY 30 locations (out of 33 possible). This is a change for 2026 that is intended to simplify how we process stuff on the website and also to make it simpler to figure out for riders. Please note, we do not plan to make any allowances for weather related closures in 2026. If you can’t reach a location you think you “need” to reach Grand Finisher before anyone else, you will have to go back later in the season.
- Another significant change starting in 2026 – the first 14 flag numbers will no longer be assigned to the first 14 to reach Grand Finisher. The first 14 riders in 2025 will still have the top 14 flags in 2026, but this will be the last year. Why? We are trying to de-emphasize a “race” to being the top riders to reach Grand Finisher. That’s not what this rally is about.
- Other small changes have been updated on the web page.
I have also changed how I am sending out periodic email updates in an effort to keep costs low. It shouldn’t look much different to you on your end.
